Registration Notice
Please be advised of the following important registration details:
- Pre-registration Deadline: October 4th, 2024
*Please note that the pre-registration period ends on October 4th. After this date, on-site registration rates will apply. - Registration Requirement for Authors with Accepted Papers: All authors must complete registrater by October 4th, 2024.
*Authors with one accepted paper must pay at least one Regular registration fee, regardless of their title.
*Authors with more than two accepted papers must pay one Regular registration fee for the first paper and a student registration fee for each additional paper. Please refer to the table below for clarification.

- 논문 발표를 위해서는 발표 논문 한 편당 최소 한 개의 Regular registration이 필수입니다. (학생 여부와 상관 없이 Regular로 등록 필요)
- 발표 논문이 두 편 이상일 경우, 한 개의 Regular registration과 추가되는 논문의 수만큼의 Student registration이 필수입니다.

Receipts and Participation Certificates: Receipts and participation certificates will be issued only to authors who have paid the registration fees.
*Receipts and participation certificates for registration fees can be downloaded after payment is completed.
*All documents will be issued in the name of the registrant, and changes are difficult.

* You should transfer registration fee within 7 days from registration.
* You should send a copy of transaction with your name on it to the secretariat by fax (+82-2-552-6093) or e-mail (inter@theieie.org) for confirmation.
* All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To cancel your registration, please notify the secretariat by an email to inter@theieie.org. Refunds will be made if cancellation occurs before October 4th, 2024, with the processing fee of USD 100 (or KRW 130,000). No refund will be available after October 5, 2024, and refunds are also difficult in case of No-Show at the conference. If you have any questions regarding the registration, please contact the secretariat.
